I do consider it a keyword as it has all the characteristics. It has a "Searches related to" function provided by Google. It also appears to have high competitiveness on the Google AdWords Keyword Tool - but pays relatively poorly. Even when I offer to pay $100 per click, the average CPC is still only $2.61. This compares to "spam" at $4.47. Other spam derivatives do much better. But, as I write this, I realize (with a sinking feeling), that I'm targeting two stinkers of keywords. Oh well. Well, done.
